Jenny was a frog that found her way into a kitchen. After hopping around she inadvertently jumped into a boiling saucepan. Sensing the searing heat surrounding her body she immediately jumped out. She hopped home and told the story to her frog friend Susie,  describing the most excruciating pain she had ever experienced. She warned her to never jump into the saucepan should she ever find herself in the kitchen.

Some time later, Susie found herself in the kitchen and she saw the saucepan Jenny had described. With Jenny's stern warning in the back of her mind she carefully crept up to the edge of the saucepan to see what all the fuss was about. Unexpectedly, Susie lost her balance and fell into the saucepan. To her surprise there was no pain but rather the familiar refreshing cold sensation of her local pond water. Just then, unbeknownst to her, the home owner returned home and turned on the stove whilst she swam happily in the sauce pan. The water temperature increased so slowly that Susie never noticed the change in temperature - until it was too late.

When it comes to health and fitness many people find themselves in Susie's position. Slowly but surely they find themselves feeling a little less healthy and a little less fit - until it's too late.

The lesson here is to take action now.
