Secondly, we ensure accountability. By understanding the impediments to a client achieving their health and fitness goals we can develop strategies that improve compliance to exercise and nutrition plans.
Thirdly, we consistently evaluate progress. Over the course of the training period we assess responsiveness and adherence to refine the exercise and nutrition plans.
